Whenever a conductor cuts the lines of force at an angle, an emf is induced in the conductor. Here is dynamically induced emf, the relative motion between the flux and the conductor is essential. It can be either rotating the magnetic field and conductor as stationary or conductor rotating and magnetic field as stationary.
